At Bijou Bae, we uphold the highest standards in quality and craftsmanship. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is damaged, or

• You have received the wrong item

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clientcare@bijoubae.com

• Provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification

• Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return or guide you through the process.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
